The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Friday October 2nd at 2:30 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Brittney M. Fick, age 28, of Ithaca, NY on a Bench Warrant.
The arrest stems from an incident where Brittney M. Fick was stopped for a traffic violation. Fick had an active Bench Warrant out of Seneca County for failure to appear in court for the original charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree. She was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca County Jail to await CAP Court to answer the charges.
